Senior Bridge Design Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with a solid background in the design of rail and road bridges, pedestrian over/underpasses, culverts, gantries, and other civil structures. Based in Hertfordshire offices you will support our civil structures team delivering projects to our clients.  

Job Description:  

The main responsibilities will include inspections; reporting; assessment and design. In addition, you will be expected to direct and mentor less experienced colleagues.  

You will have a recognized professional qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be supported by the company to progress their professional development and career.  

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Drawings and Specifications  

- Site Supervision

- HNC or Degree  

Experience:  

- Minimum 5 years post qualification
