Job description

Our client is a British technology based construction and engineering company looking for an experienced administrator to join their team in Isleworth, West London.  

 

What you will be doing:  

· Document Scanning and E-Filing  

· Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc, to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases  

· Administration support including calendar management  

· Completion of Expenses  

· Booking rooms and conference facilities  

· Booking travel and accommodation  

· Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes  

· Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts  

· Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information, business cards, etc  

· Photocopying and printing various documents, coordinate any visitor meetings which will include meeting room bookings and lunches  

 

Our client helps to improve people’s lives by deploying technology-based engineering solutions to meet urgent national needs across the UK’s energy, water and transportation infrastructures.  

They are working in collaboration with other contractors to design and deliver essential improvements to Thames Water’s ageing infrastructure. There is a mix of Waste Water Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure, and Water Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure projects across the framework.

Requirements

· Able to demonstrate experience some document control on complex infrastructure projects (Ideally) with multiple contributors and complex document work flows  

· Computer competency including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio  

· Good interpersonal and organisational skills
