Our client is a tier 1 contractor that works in the heavy civils , tunnelling and water sectors and they are looking for a project manager with tunnelling / SCL experience for one of their projects in central London.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have experience on managing Heavy Civil or Tunnelling projects within high regulated environments, also the candidate is likely to meet all of the following criteria:

Essential

Minimum 10 yrs experience managing Tunneling/SCL projects in UK

Proficient in NEC3 Opt A & C and change management

Experienced in Design Management

Programme & Risk Management

Production of CVR, incl cost control, forecasting and value assessment Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent SMSTS

Excellent communication, people management skills, ability to influence and mentor

Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to conclusion

Ability to manage and deliver a successful project with minimal guidance

Desirable

CEng MICE

Primavera P6 software

CSCS managers card NEBOSH Construction Certificate
