My Client's expertise is highly sought after on large scale, fast paced projects particularly as a consequence of our reputation for providing a wide range of high-quality services covering Access & Rights over land, Compulsory Purchase, Acquisitions & Sales, Compensation, Agricultural Liaison, Land Referencing, Valuation and Planning & Development.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll be working from their South East office providing strategic advice to our growing number of clients, particularly in the water and power sectors. There is plenty of scope and future opportunity within an expanding office.
You’ll be working on exciting large-scale projects from feasibility through to project completion, working with a growing team on project deliverables covering land acquisitions, strategy, valuations, compensation negotiation, compulsory purchase and development consent orders and managing land aspects during construction. Our clients and their projects cover a large area including London and the surrounding counties, Sussex and Hampshire.
You will be instrumental in developing existing and new client relationships, networking and supporting the ongoing growth of our business in this area.
