Job Title : Geo-Environmental Engineer

Salary : £32,000 - £45,000

Location: Glasgow

My client is a growing geoenvironmental consultancy based in Scotland with a national client base of land owners, developers and industrial clients.

They are committed to providing a great place to work and to the provision of a timely professional service to our clients. They are looking to recruit a qualified Geoenvironmental Engineer / Consultant / Scientist with approximately 3 to 8 years experience to project manage ground investigations and remediation schemes.

The role also requires the individual to lead a client portfolio and lead a project team to carry out initial surveys, design and management of site investigations (including on-site supervision, logging and sampling); interpretative report writing; qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, remediation and project verification.

This is an opportunity to join a small team with exposure to all aspects of project work from proposals to preparation of RAMS, managing sub-contractors, junior staff, liaising with clients and meeting their deadlines.

The salary is dependent upon experience and comes with an established bonus scheme, pension options, 23 days annual leave, flexible working practices and assistance and mentoring towards professional status.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a relevant BSc/MSc working toward chartered status who want to create a great role for themselves. The position requires a full UK driving licence.
