Digital Delivery team lead
The successful candidate will be an experienced team leader and mentor capable of growing the DD team through a continued drive of digital transformation.
You will have proven experience developing, managing, and deploying digital solutions within the environment/ infrastructure/ city sectors as part of a multi-discipline team of digital delivery specialists. These digital solutions may have included data management and visualisation, GIS, remote sensing, workflow automation, app development, big data, real-time data, and other relevant components.
You will be a thought leader comfortable speaking at conferences and presenting the digital growth story through various media. You will also encourage and mentor others within the team to actively contribute.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering client-focused digital services. You will therefore have a good understanding of current and emerging technologies and understand how these can be leveraged to work with clients to deliver sustainable legacies.
You will work closely with other members of the Senior Team providing digital leadership to develop cross-cutting initiatives in all areas of the business to directly influence direction and success of the business.

Managing digital transformation within environment/ infrastructure/ city sectors; experienced senior management with good track-record of project delivery and working in multi-disciplinary environment; experience in managing staff
Some experience of securing large scale work in a competitive environment; some experience of marketing and sales and in taking initiatives in these areas; knowledge of complimentary sectors for Temple growth
