New Build Residential projects
Duties:
Design reviews
Client meetings
Dealing with suppliers and wholesalers
Competitive pricing
Value Engineering
Putting together tenders
Negotiating with sub-contractors
Submitting tenders to clients
Pre-start meetings
Salary / Package:
£40,000 to £50,000 per annum
