Job description

My client is a leading Civil Engineering Contractor within Highways, Rail and Civil Engineering. They have a major presence in all of the sectors with a number of successful projects delivered. My client is constantly winning new projects and is looking for capable professionals to help deliver this work.  

 

Project Support: Assist the primary agent in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.  

Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction.  

Team Coordination: Work closely with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are clearly communicated and deadlines are met.  

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, client communications, and any issues that arise.  

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work and ensure it meets the company’s standards and client expectations.  

Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and propose solutions to keep projects on track.  

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, client feedback, and team performance to the primary agent.  

 

Requirements

- Valid TWC/SMSTS  

-Civils/highways background  

- Main contracting background  

- Previously worked on Bridges/Highways Projects
