Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a major Rail contractor with works secured across the UK. They specialize in Rail, Highways, Energy and Civil Engineering. With major contracts awarded they are looking to strengthen their team with the additional Senior Quantity Surveyor. Our Client is searching for Quantity Surveyors, Project Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) for this role in London. The contract is currently 6 months long however is likely to be extended based on the workload. The day rate for this role is £400 - £440 per day outside IR35.  

Role Details:  

- Site based  

- Minimum of 10 hours per day  

- Working within a commercial team of 5 you will have a particular focus on procurement and sub-contractor accounts  

- Managing Variations, Contract management/administration  

- 8 years minimum in the position of Quantity Surveying  

- 3 years minimum worked within Rail  

- Comprehensive experience of the NEC3 – Option A  

- Experience of dealing with multi experienced Sub contractors
