Commercial Manager

This contract with our Rail client is for a Commercial Manager for 6 months based in West Midlands. The pay rate to candidate is £450 - £500 Umbrella  

Day to day duties  

1. Working with the sponsors lead the formation of agreements for the design, development and implementation of projects.  

2. Liaise with sponsors to understand what agreements are required and by when. Maintain a tracker providing full visibility of agreements required.  

3. Work with Corporate Commercial to ensure agreements reflect the sponsors requirements and accurately capture any risks associated with the works/services  

4. Provide coaching and development to the sponsors as appropriate.

Essential skills & Experience:  

1. Ability to work in a team and across different functions/organisations.  

2. Good communicator  

3. Ability to drive through agreements to conclusion.  

4. Experience of writing scope documents.
