Our client has several opportunities for Building Surveyors within their Tower Bridge Office team. Ideal candidates will have or be seeking RICS qualification, be enthusiastic about maintaining and developing client relationships and eager to embrace new technologies.

Our client's existing team is engaged in the private sector in London and the public sector across the SE in Education and Rail.

Your primary job responsibilities will be working within existing teams to provide a responsive, knowledge based Building Surveying Service to existing clients.

Opportunities exist for ambitious candidates to expand the service offering to key clients across the UK.

The existing team are well structured and provide a high quality service with in-depth knowledge of Landlord & tenant matters, building pathology, procurement and contract administration.

Ideal candidate would have the following attributes and experience:

Commercial property environment, having an excellent grasp of Building Pathology, dealing with properties across a wide age range from Victorian through to the 1960's / 70's.

Experience in dealing with all aspects of Building Surveying including producing Condition Surveys, Planned Preventative Maintenance Reports,

Dilapidations Reports, Party Wall Awards and dealing with Licences to Alter would be a decided advantage.

Clear and concise Report Writing is also essential.

Must be a Team Player with excellent personal and communication skills.
