Kier wins Crown Commercial Service

Kier Places has been appointed to Lot Group 2 – Hard Facilities Management, Lot 2b and Lot 2c on the CCS Facilities Management and Workplace Services RM6232 Framework.

 

The RM6232 Framework focuses on net zero and supply chain partnerships.

 

Under the four-year framework, Kier Places will provide the full range of Hard Services including:

  • Mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance

 

  • Internal and external building fabric maintenance

 

  • A number of statutory obligations including asbestos management and electrical testing.
