Our Government client is currently recruiting for an Incident Manager, on a 6 month contract paying £550 P/D inside IR35 to based in Salisbury.

Role: The Incident/Service Manager

Contract Length: 6 MONTHS

Location: Salisbury


Pay Rate to Candidate: 550/Umb

Minimum Requirement:

The Incident/Service Managers will lead on investigation and resolution of incidents and ensure that the right actions are taken to investigate, resolve and anticipate problems. They will deal with problems and root cause analysis, working to prevent the recurrence of incidents. They will absorb information from numerous sources, such as the service desk, with the aim of putting in place continual improvements to stop incidents such as regular service outages recurring. They will also coordinate and communicate the response to incident reports, ensuring relevant prioritisation and detail to allow effective investigation.

ITIL certified to Foundation level
