Our government client are currently looking for a Process Business Analyst to join their team on a new contract.
Contract Length: 6months
Pay Rate to Candidate: £600 a day
We are therefore looking to quickly increase the capacity of our existing Operating Model team with up to 4 Process Improvement Business Analysts to support this priority process design work. Generic skill sets to also undertake general Business Analyst and Project Management work would be a significant advantage in undertaking this work. The contract will be for an initial period of 6 months, with potential to extend for a further period in the new year.
Working to our Process Lead, candidates will have a successful track record in large scale change and transformation programmes delivering process design and improvement projects on time and to budget in a comparable organisational environment.
The role will require candidates to work across the organisation to urgently improve processes prioritised. Working with business owners, you will be continually reviewing existing processes and workflows to identify further opportunities for improvement. Subsequent duties include analysing existing processes, interviewing staff, gathering data, process mapping/modelling and creating new business improvement processes /strategies in line with business transition owner expectations.
You must be comfortable working in a fast moving ambitious programme and be able to work on their own initiative taking responsibility for scoping, defining and effectively project managing all packages of work allocated to you.
