Our Government client is currently recruiting for a HR Transactional Officer, on a 9 month initial contract paying £17.59 umbrella, flex working.

Minimum Requirements:
• Good experience working in admin / customer service
• Good admin skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of data and principles of maths
• HR background helpful but not essential

Job Description
What will the candidate be doing? As a member of the HR Service Centre team you will process transactions across the full range of employee lifecycle events including, but not restricted to, new entrants, promotions, changes of hours and leavers (retirements/resignations).
You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing a first-rate service responding to enquiries by email and telephone, signposting customers to the appropriate information, tools and resources available on the Intranet.
The role is varied and fast-paced, therefore it’s important that you are comfortable responding proactively to changing priorities and are proficient at organising your workload to meet changing demands.
Previous HR experience would be good but it is by no means essential as full training will be provided. You will join a friendly and welcoming team and we will ensure you receive the support you need to reach your potential and thrive.
