Our client is a major design, engineering and civil project management consultancy who has been rapidly growing within various sectors and who is looking for multiple experienced professionals to join them on permanent basis. This role is for a Data Advisory Team Lead is located in London.  

 

Job Description:  

 

You will drive Data Advisory's growth across a wide range of industries (incl Aerospace, Defence, Security, Central Government and National Infrastructure) both in a delivery and pre-sales capacity and you will also be expected to foster the continued growth and great culture presented by this team - after all their success will be your success.

- Be a people person and willing to take an already high performing team to its next level and drive the ever-growing customer satisfaction.  

- Be a champion and evangelist for Data Advisory services both internally in the company and with clients.  

- Be a team player and show ability and willingness to work and influence decisions in the DI Leadership team with the other 3 team leads.  

- Foster the growth of the Data Advisory team - in terms of headcount, revenue and profit - and continue fostering its great team culture.  

- Expand a growing footprint of Data Advisory services with their clients, by:  

- Leading the definition of new frameworks and methodologies.  

- Sponsor the creation of new innovative services and offerings.  

- Establish cross pollination pathways with other teams both in the practice and organisation.  

- Become the face for Data Advisory for our client in the industry.

Requirements

- Experience in managing dynamic teams of 30 - 40+ staff, ideally in a geographically disperse settings, including career development and resourcing.  

- Experience in embracing highly collaborative teams - with strong culture points around Collaboration, Diversity and Inclusion.  

- Experience in Data and/or Intelligence from an Advisory remit - primarily across Data and AI Strategy, with some experience and understanding in Data Analysis, Data Analytics and/or Data Visualisation would be a major plus.  

- Experience in Data Governance and defining technical and operational data processes and data driven operating models.  

- Pre-sales experience would be a plus, and prior experience in establishing go-to-market propositions / offerings would be amazing.  

- Experience in managing Chief Officer and Director Level relationships would be excellent.  

- Prior Experience in Defence, Central Government, National Security or National Infrastructure would be a plus.
