Our Government client is currently looking for an SC cleared Business Manager for a Portsmouth based contract inside IR35. The role is likely to get extended.
They will also consider Business Support Manager, PMO or Project Coordinator
This is a hybrid role.
Main duties of the role will include:
Support the running of the client's Commercial Team – tasks include: Management Reports, Team Admin, Change Management, Support of Recruitment.
Resource and organisational planning design support
People Survey action delivery group member
Reviewing previous years people survey, conducting feedback sessions, and creating action plan.
Review and Design refreshed Sharepoint Site
Audit visits
Contract Management Capability Programme promotion and monitoring
Act as focal point for CMCP Training, encouraging non-commercial contract managers to undertake training relevant to their contracts.
Commercial Continuous Improvement Assessment Framework improvement Tracking/reporting/undertaking actions
Dashboard oversight
PM for Business Improvement Reviews
Risk, Critical Suppliers, Business Continuity, Audit actions, LFE processes, Review of Benefits Tracker etc.
Communications
Change Management Support
Training, implementation
Catch for all Information Governance Lead responsibility
Presentation support
Oversight of Change Comms
Organise guest speakers for team meetings
Lead on team wellbeing agenda
Track succession planning
Draft and issue monthly Commercial Newsletter
Letters of Delegation
Main requirements:
Organised individual
Strong IT skills – MS Suite & SharePoint
Strong Communications Skills - Stakeholder Engagement
Someone who’s used MyHR before would be desirable
Public Sector/Defence experience would be desirable.
