Description:  

Responsible for Controlling and Co-ordinating the inputs to the facility integrated schedule. This includes developing, distributing and managing the T8 Integrated Work Schedule and Long- Term Integrated Plan.  

 

Minimum Requirement:  

• Primevera P6 knowledge / experience  

• P6 BASIC course / and understanding  

• How to schedule work using P6 – preferable  

• Previous experience within office environment  

• Reliable  

• Puncturable  

• Ability to work independently and within a team  

• Work Scheduling  

• Good organisation  

 

The successful candidate will be required to:  

-Prepare, maintain and issue the Integrated Work Schedule to a standard format and required level of detail from a variety of input sources for both internal and supply chain schedules to verify scope, strategies and interdependencies and readiness.  

 

-Undertake timely scheduling activity, including progress reporting, effective measurement of key dates and milestones.  

 

-Operate within the standard systems and processes and engage in developing improvements related to Integrated Scheduling and management of this process  

 

-Maintain high levels of data integrity to ensure the delivery of a safe, high quality, cost effective and service performance that effectively meet customer needs.  

 

-Establishing EPS (Enterprise Project Structure) and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) to support setting the project baseline aligned to all stakeholder interfaces.  

 

-Co-ordinate the inputs for the Integrated schedule into standard format and required level of detail both internal and supply chain schedules.  

 

-The utilisation of metrics and available tools, the collation and understanding of performance  

data (installed quantities, expended labour hours and other progress measurements of direct hire and subcontract works being undertaken), and subsequent reporting.  

 

-To ensure accurate and timely planning, including progress reporting, effective  

measurement of key dates and milestones.  

 

-Integration and assurance of data, responsibility to maintain/improve quality and standards.
