A technical copywriter will help to develop the final draft of the capability map and capability definitions.
The business has created an HMRC wide capability map, the map is too technical, so they need a solid technical Copy writer who can come in and change the language into SMART LANGUAGE - easier for people to across the group to understand and read. This will be rolled out across all of Pub Sec at some point – so this is a high-level project
1 - You will need to have a Professional Writing qualification
2 - Have worked in Public sector or a large corporate environment

We need to procure the services of a technical copywriter to help us develop the final draft of the capability map and capability definitions.
The document needs to be clear and visually compelling to enable stakeholders from across the Department to adopt and use the language of capabilities by turning technical language into plain English. While the map is structurally and conceptually sound there are inconsistencies in formatting and language which still require expert support in order to articulate clearly to our stakeholders.
