Minimum Requirement:
To Teach/train Information Technology and Information
Communications Technology education (lectures) and practical training
to Ministry of Defence personnel, in particular; Engineering Science and
Mathematics, Analogue and Digital electronics, Transmission media,
devices and radio and advanced digital communications.
Responsible for the delivery of academic and practical vocational
training. Responsible for classroom management (trainees’ discipline
and welfare including health and safety).
Responsible for curriculum and course design management, devising
and setting including marking of assessment
Qualifications:
Essential: Degree in IT/ICT and Level 5 teaching qualification (Adv Cert Ed)
Desirable. Level 6 Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
Description:
Main duties and responsibilities: Provide effective training solutions to add value to the business, identifying training needs and designing or expanding training and development programmes accordingly. Produce training materials and manage the process for delivery of training solutions across the business. Create and develop key performance indicators and review all elements of the Training Life Cycle. During training sessions, identify any variances in participant skill level and modify training accordingly. Create high impact, innovative training designs based on detailed analysis of business needs, delivering tailored training programmes across the business at a variety of levels, including management.
