This contract with our UK Central Government client is INSIDE IR35 paying £650 UMB per day for 10 months based in High Wycombe.

Active DV clearance required.

Candidate needs to hold sole British Nationality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Working closely with colleagues who are planning and tracking progress of the Programme to ensure an up to date picture is maintained. Ensuring that actions are progressed and highlighting areas where insufficient information is likely to cause a problem. Pro-actively identifying likely problems which may hinder delivery and suggesting solutions to the Programme management. Ensure that the Programme risk register is updated on a regular basis and that the information captured is up to date and can be reported on in an efficient manner. Design and creation of highlight _ checkpoint reports for Programme and Steering Boards (e.g. Programme dashboards; minutes and presentation slides). Management of the product management and risk management processes. Ensure that there is robust adherence to PPM processes including planning; risk management; dependency management and change control. Management of the change control procedure.

Manage the successful transformation of an operations control building to support a growing mission set, working as part of a small team based at HQ Air Command in Buckinghamshire.

Experience in the delivery of programmes, with emphasis on the co-ordination of projects and stakeholders, is essential. Experience of governance and risk control frameworks is highly desirable.

The successful applicant will have: Good planning and organisational skills; strong leadership, people and communications skills; strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to persuade and influence senior decision-making.

Co-ordinated transformation of Building 47 as directed by the Pg Director and SRO.

Managing Successful Programmes® Practitioner is essential.

Bldg47 has limited access and physical disability may preclude entry on Fire-related H&S grounds.

Requirements

Minimum Requirement:

1) MSP (Managing Successful Programmes®) qualification – Practitioner

2) Strong Communication Skills

3) Senior Stakeholder management

Desirable: Defense/MOD experience and risk management
