As a Procurement Policy Manager, your main responsibilities would be:
Supporting the Data and Analytics team within the Commercial function in the creation, management and analysis of the commercial pipeline, plus other forms of data & analytics.
Engagement with a large number of stakeholders at all levels across the commercial department, and also with finance and other government bodies.
Having a keen eye for detail, able to analyse large amounts of data, yet also to identify key trends, extract value and articulate their findings to stakeholders at every level.
This post will also require candidates to respond to urgent ad-hoc data requests, often from the highest levels of government, so should have experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
Strong MS Excel skills are essential.
The use of Power Bi, other similar data visualisation software, and previous experience of analysing procurement data is also desirable.
