The Maintenance Officer is responsible for:
the efficient and effective maintenance of (M&E) services in all EANI properties.
providing feasibility, costing and delivery of various minor works.
the efficient management of all the EANI (M&E) Technicians.
Minimum Requirement:
• Have a HNC / HND or equivalent in mechanical and electrical studies or other relevant discipline with a minimum 2 years’ post qualified experience in a mechanical and electrical maintenance related discipline or a minimum of 3 years’ post qualified experience in a mechanical and electrical related discipline.
OR
• Have an ONC or equivalent in mechanical and electrical studies or other relevant discipline with a minimum of 4 years’ post qualified experience in a mechanical and electrical maintenance related discipline or a minimum of 3 years’ post qualified experience in a mechanical and electrical related discipline.
• OR
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a mechanical and electrical maintenance or an Estates Management role in the education sector.
Experience in mechanical and electrical surveying duties, including undertaking building surveys and preparing specifications
Demonstrable knowledge of the current and
anticipated challenges related to the role.
