Our Government client is currently recruiting for a MI & Data Lead, on a 6 month remote working contract paying £800 P/D inside IR35.

Role: MI & Data Lead

Contract Length: 6 months

Location: remote

IR35: inside

Pay Rate to Candidate: £800 per day

Minimum Requirement:

As a MI Data Lead, your main responsibilities will be Responsibilities:

Lead the MI team in the DHSC LAMP Programme, reporting into the LAMP Programme Digital Lead. Set tasks and prioritise staff workload within the team

Engage stakeholders in the National Test and Trace Programme to define and agree the reporting requirements for Direct LAMP testing technology

In response to user needs design new dashboards and reports, and updates to existing dashboards and reports, to satisfy user MI requirements

Lead engagement with external stakeholders to ensure correct and consistent reporting for LAMP in line with National and Portfolio reporting needs

Understand, challenge and support design of data flows within complex IT systems to ensure that reporting needs can be satisfied

Lead engagement with external suppliers as necessary to change existing reporting mechanisms and processes, and create new reporting processes according to end user needs

Provide regular verbal and written updates on MI reporting status to the LAMP Programme management and other senior stakeholders

Lead the strategy for MI reporting and make recommendations to LAMP senior management

Review MI reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and completion

Able to prioritise and manage own workload with minimal direction.

Ability to manage and prioritise workload of junior staff

Ideally (but not essential) experience of building bespoke reports with PowerBI or similar business intelligence software
