Our nuclear client are currently looking for a Lead Office 365 Engineer to join their team on a new contract.

Contract Length: 1 year

Location: Home based

IR35: Inside

Pay Rate to Candidate: £450 per day Umbrella

Job Title - Lead Office 365 Engineer

The role of a Office 365 engineer is to mitigate the dependency Corporate Centre has on a supplier that is delayed and currently is not prepared to provide long-term support for the Cloud and Office 365 solutions

This role is necessary to mitigate the risk CT currently holds on successful delivery of the O365 roll-out and the long-term ability to support the capability

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage ICT assets efficiently; Manage the workflow and resources of the team to meet OLA/SLA's targets in line with guidance from the Service Delivery Manager; Ensure staff comply with policies and procedures; Ensure cost effective use of Information Systems resources, to include computer hardware, software, training facilities and staff time; Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner; Assist in the management of support service contracts with external providers where applicable.
