Our government client is currently looking for a HR advisor for a 6months Manchester based contract at £308pd inside IR35.

£223.81 – PAYE

Duration: 6months

Location: Manchester - with WFH

Ideally:

Open on sectors

Minimum of associate member CIPD

Hr Qual of some sort

Background within change or TUPE

This role will be controlled/managed by the HR manager who will report to the requestor.

The HR advisor will provide dedicated support to the HR manager responsible for a sensitive HR project relating to a likely incoming TUPE transfer. Their principle responsibilities will include the following:

1) Provide dedicated support to the HR manager leading on the incoming TUPE transfer. This will include responsibility for delivering all products needed for the incoming organisation including but not limited to staff communications, provision of HR related information and data, supporting the induction of staff.

2) Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR contacts from the incoming organisation and HR Business Partner in business group.

3) Creation and maintenance of project timetable to ensure all key milestones are met and risks managed effectively.
