Financial Systems Audit Coordinator

This role with our Central Government Client is 8 months long. The role is located in Milton Keynes.  

Job Description:  

After transitioning from two legacy ERP systems to Oracle Cloud, our Client needs a dedicated resource to manage the comprehensive sampling requirements ahead of the interim and final accounts.  

The role will involve working to the Head of Systems Accounting and being directed by her, but priorities will include coordinating the companies response to sample requests from the auditors, support wider finance teams with those requests where necessary, undertake investigative work with more complex queries and manage the effort across a wide range of stakeholders including Financial & Management Accounting Teams, Finance Business Partners and other finance people in the overseas network.

• Analytical and proactive approach – this is a hands-on role  

• Strong Excel and Systems skills, preferably in Oracle Cloud or ERP systems  

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills  

• Adaptable & willing to change tasks according to priorities;  

Desirable skills:  

• Experience in a large public sector organisation  

• Experience with multi-currency transactions  

Qualifications:  

• Qualified CCAB Accountant
