This contract with our central government client is for a Facilities Management Assistant for 4 months with a possibility of extension. The role is located in West Malling and is site based. The pay rate is £14.96 (Umbrella) / £11.09 (PAYE) per hour.
Job Description:
Some of the main responsibilities for this role include:
- Provide the vital first point of contact for customers, staff and contractors.
- Help manage local team helpdesk mailbox, deal with incoming and outgoing post/parcels and deal effectively with customer enquiries.
- Act as point of contact for emergency evacuation of Orchard House and assist in coordination of any first aid incident if required. (However, there is no requirement to be a first aider).
- Help with general admin duties and provide help with any ad-hoc requests Facilities may get via the helpdesk or telephone.
