The Digital Performance Analyst is a custodian of data, who looks to improve how Our Client uses and shares insights and the tools they develop, to deliver best services to Citizens.
Summary of the Role and key responsibilities
As a Digital Performance Analyst you deliver performance analysis that helps services to meet the Government’s Digital by Default Service Standard.
You are responsible for delivering high-quality analysis of departmental web analytics and other data in relation to digital services.
The key purpose of this role is to deliver accurate and efficient performance reporting and analytical insight for the digital services that you work with.
You ensure the business understands how people are using our digital service(s) and will focus on undertaking analysis that will drive customer-centric innovations and investments to improve the user experience.
Technical Skills required
Experience with ETL Processes and current market capabilities.
Experience with Programming Languages for Data Analysis.
Knowledge and Experience required:
e.g. Previous experience of working for a government dept.
