This contract with the DoHSC is INSIDE IR35 paying £250 per day for 3 months based in Leeds / London.

Requirements

Minimum Requirement:

The Case Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Case Manager in the resolution of complex supply cases, working with clinical experts, supply chain experts and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities and tasks include:

• Responding promptly to new complex cases raised through the escalation process and managing them through to closure

• Establishing initial Core Response Teams for initial case investigation and impact assessment

• Communicating with Core Response Teams of clinical and supply chain experts and other relevant parties to assess situation

• Identifying solutions, providing prompt resolution and recommendations when escalation required

• Ensuring cases are maintained and up to date on the case management database

• Progressing logistics solutions where required

The individual will be a team player with strong written, verbal and organisation skills. They will maintain a delivery focus to enable the effective resolution of cases on time and to plan. In addition, the individual should have administrative skills & experience, problem solving skills and a high level of accuracy.
