Deliver training in highly specialist subject matter to Interventions facilitators and potentially to future trainers who may be licensed to deliver training to external customers in national and international markets. They will deliver a range of specialist training in the commercial market in order to have maximum effect on the reduction of reoffending. Carrying out defensible initial, formative, summative and holistic assessment of the suitability of those being trained. Managing the behaviour and welfare of learners including diversity considerations, individual requirements and other issues appropriately and professionally during the to support the inclusion and engagement of all learners.

The post holder will be responsible for the instruction, up to Foundation Degree level, (BTEC Higher National equivalent), of Military Air Engineering students in Maths, Electrical & Electronic Principles and Electrical Engineering Science.
This will include both theoretical and practical instruction, supervision of laboratory work, marking and assessment. Minor maintenance of training equipments/training aids is also required as appropriate.
Experience of training delivery and a teaching qualification (e.g Cert Ed/CFET) or Defence Instructional Techniques (DTTT) is essential.
You will also be expected to diversify into other related subject areas after suitable training, if required.
