Our central government client are currently looking for a 1st line support to join their team on a new contract.

Rate: £265 - to candidate
Location :London ( but will be WFH) office flexible

The service will also transform the quality of the Department's data on the take-up and impact of professional development, allowing us to develop better evidence to support future policy.
Experience in working to deliver quality customer service as first line user support agent
Experience of working on digital service support desk
Experience of using online ticketing tools (e.g. Zendesk), a Case Management System (CMS), or of managing to a service level.
An ability to quickly become familiar with a digital service and its stakeholders, adapting and reacting to user-needs.
Excellent communication skills (specifically written), with the ability to engage well with team members.
