Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our Rail and Civil Engineering contractor client is currently looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to join them on their Rail projects on, both, contract and permanent basis. This client is a highly reputable company looking to build their team and offering career progression and longevity.  

The successful candidate will be a confident individual working on various Rail frameworks across the South of England.  

Some of the main duties include:  

• Supporting Bid Manager  

• Putting Tenders together  

• Providing Estimates  

• Pricing works  

Essential Experience  

- Highly desirable Rail background  

- Several years of Civils, station refurb or bridges experience  

- At least five years’ experience Quantity Surveying experience  

- NEC and JCT contract knowledge  

- Team management  

- Commercial Management  

- Ability to take the lead on projects
