Our client a well known Civil Engineering Contractor are looking to expand and grow their Commercial team with the addition of an experienced Quantity Surveyors (MQS) (QS) (PQS)

Location : National - My client has opportunities across the UK Manchester, Birmingham , London however you will be expected to be flexible and travel across the UK

Salary : £ negotiable and dependent upon experience

The role : As part of this successful Commercial team you, the Quantity Surveyor you will be required to travel across the UK as projects commence , you will be project based but as these complete you will then move to the next . The projects you will be involved in are variant in size from medium to large scale value up to £100m+ all of which are Civil Engineering works within the NEC 3 Contract. General duties as you would expect will include

- Procurement

- Sub contractor management

- CVR's

- Change control

- Compensation events

- Final Accounts


- Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience

- Flexible to travel across the UK as projects dictate

- Experience within either Water, Coastal , Environment Agent or Highways

- NEC experience is essential and you must be working with that suit of contracts in your current role
