Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a multi-discipline Tier 1 main contractor looking to hire a highly driven Managing Quantity Surveyor for large scale water and civil engineering projects for Thames Water across the South of England. You will be expected to work 2 – 3 days from their office in Maidenhead.  

This role will include:  

• Will be working on a range of large scale and small-scale projects including civil new build schemes  

• Must have water and civil engineering experience in a contractor setting  

• Minimum of 5 years post graduate commercial experience  

• Ability to work with client  

• Proven legal, contractual and construction knowledge

Essential Experience:  

• Degree or equivalent qualification in quantity surveying  

Desired:  

• ICES or RICS accreditation  

Desirable:  

• Member of RICS or working toward membership
