Our client a well known Civil Engineering Contractor are looking to expand and grow their Commercial team with the addition of an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor (MQS)

Location : South East - ideally suited to those based in London

Salary : £50,000 - £65,000 negotiable and dependent upon experience

The role : As the Managing Quantity Surveyor you will be required to travel across the South East visiting sites and ensuring everything is running commercial sound. The projects you will be involved in are variant in size from medium to large scale value upto £100m all of which are Civil Engineering works within the NEC 3 Contract. With the commercial teams on site already in-situ you will be responsible for leading , mentoring and developing the teams giving them support and guidance for progression..


- Currently in the role of Managing Quantity Surveyor (or perhaps a Commercial manager looking to undertake a new challenge?)

- Flexible to travel across the South East of England

- Experience within either Rail, Water, Coastal , Environment Agent or Highways

- NEC experience is essential and you must be working with that suit of contracts in your current role

- Be commuted to the development, support and progression of your team
