Our Client is looking to bolster their Midlands team with a highly competent and ambitious individual, with sector expertise of delivering cost consultancy services in the commercial property and residential markets.
Ideally you’ll already be operating at Associate or a similar senior level with 10+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment, be client facing with the ability to win work, lead service delivery excellence and develop team members through mentoring and line management.
This is an amazing opportunity for a market facing individual to grow with their expanding property team and develop their career further. This role provides the opportunity to work on a range of multi-million pound commercial and residential developments across the Midlands.
- Ability to deliver and manage the provision of Cost Consultancy services on major or complex projects from inception to handover
- Development of Client relationships and Key Account Management
- Play a key role in generating repeat business and winning new work.
- A track record in supporting on Business Development initiatives and events.
- Experience in the Property Sector in particular Residential (Student, BTR and Private Sale) and Commercial Property
- MRICS or similar accreditation
- 10+ years working in a professional consultancy environment
- Extensive experience of various forms of Building Contract including JCT and NEC
- Ability to communicate effectively with both Clients and Internal Staff
- Experience of running small teams either project or internal team management
- Provide guidance, leadership, mentoring and technical expertise to team members
- Experienced in the provision of Employers Agent services
- Detail knowledge of construction costs and market conditions.
- Supporting and contributing toward internal financial targets and individual project cost monitoring
- Contributing towards the development of team business plans and quarterly reviews.
