Energy Efficiency Consultant, England, Scotland flexible.
The ideal candidate is a professional with energy / energy efficiency experience to help lead technical and project management of energy projects and help develop the delivery capability in Energy, Waste & Infrastructure Business department.
Perform individually and as a team player to achieve increasingly progressive market penetration and successful technical solutions resulting in a sustainable energy efficiency team working alongside our existing industrial EHS compliance and carbon management personnel.
The candidate must have deep knowledge of the energy sector, with particular competencies in energy efficiency.
In particular the candidate must have knowledge and experience with the following:
Energy Efficiency technologies and best practices in industrial facilities
Heating, ventilation and cooling (HVAC) systems
Renewable energy (micro and mini hydropower, wind energy and solar)
Site energy audit process
Producing recommendations in relation to energy efficiency and carbon reduction
Main services to be provided to clients are: feasibility studies for performance rehabilitation or environmental performance improvements, basic design, energy market assessment, energy efficiency audit, capital investment analysis, asset management optimisation, technical due diligences, technical advising as owners or lenders’ engineer, work supervision, permitting and authorisation, environmental impact assessment, support to project management implementation, training and institutional building.
