Hook Up Co-ordinator - Paris, Nigeria or Angola (onshore and offshore).
Contract to start ASAP for 1 year minimum
The Hook-up Co-ordinator will be working within the Engineering department.
He/she is part of preparatory works for post Engineering and pre start-up of topsides works.
He/she will be in charge to prepare the job cards associated to the scope of work and then following the topsides activity offshore.
You will be involved in the following activities:
Preparation of job cards, populating job cards database
Onshore and offshore works man-hours estimates
Cross check Material Take off
Follow-up of prefabrication
Cross checking materials
Prepare materials prior to offshore works
Issue material request offshore as per progress
Carry out red mark-up dossier for as-built
Participate to as-built
Applicants have a minimum of 5 years experience and experience of AUTOCAD 2D, of piping and structural fabrication, with topsides works including revamping and retrofit, with lifting and installation engineering.
You have experience of estimating man-hours for all topsides activities: piping, structure, hydrotests, leak tests, NDT UT MPI, scaffolding and with job cards databases, namely Exxon ones.
You have Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and at least Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access.
Based on-shore in Paris or in Nigeria (Lagos, Port Harcourt, Onne, Warri fabrications yard or offshore) or in Angola (Luanda or Lobito or offshore)
Rotation system:
Offshore Nigeria: 5 weeks ON, 5 Weeks off
Offshore Angola for Kizomba satellites project: 4 weeks ON, 4 Weeks off
Onshore: 5 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF
