INDIAN NATIONALS - PERMANENT POSITION BASED IN INDIA
Our client is a large Indian oil & gas industry player We are looking for a CFO, The Incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant.
Should have minimum 20 yr post qualification experience of working with a well reputed / public listed established corporate house in a leadership position.
You will have strong Business Acumen, Analytical approach & Strong communication skills
You will be a Self starter, Team player and will have an ability to deliver under stretched timelines.
Ability to lead from the front, High Level of integrity / ethics
Liaisoning with International Bankers, Financing institution and overseas Funding agencies, who deals in int'l business.
Investors, Bankers and Other Stakeholders Relations
Responsible for all aspects of Finance and Accounts including:
Financial Accounting, Treasury Operations.
Short, Medium and Long Term Funding, Cash Flow, Credit Control, Working Capital,
Foreign Exchange, Interest rates, Commodity Pricing, Insurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation (International Taxation), Transfer Pricing, Budgeting, Costing and MIS, Financial Appraisal / Monitoring, Governance, Risks and Controls, Audit and Regulatory / Other Compliance, JV's, merger,de merger and acquisition of companies.
Company works on ERP system therefore it is essential that candidate must understand ERP functionality .
Candidate from Delhi / NCR will be preferred currently working with listed company with a market capitalisation of over 500 Crores and global presence company.
