Mobile Maintenance Engineer- London c£35k + Van A Successful Building Services - Maintenance company established in the early 80s is currently looking for a mobile Commercial Service Engineer to join their busy team based out of their offices in North West Middlesex.

  This is a mobile role with sites in London and the Home Counties.

Work is a mostly Commercial with some Domestic so you will need to have the relevant qualifications such as ACS GAS - COCN1/CODNCO1 AND CCN1 etc. Additional experience with Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is also required. Mechanical, Plumbing and a little Electrical is also beneficial. This is a fairly multi disciplined role so you will be expected to undertake Servicing and Fault finding on various plant including Air Handling Units and HVAC plant.

Salary will be dependent on experience but typically around £35k plus a van, mobile phone and Sat nav etc; you will need a clean uk driving license.
