Anglo Technical Recruitment was founded by Tabrez Niazi in 1984, with the expressed intention to provide the Construction Industry with a high standard of professional service and give Construction Professionals honest, high-calibre career management.
Our goal is to offer a solid career path for Engineers in their existing fields and to identify new opportunities using current skills and experience.
By working with both temporary and permanent personnel and building sustained relationships, we get to know a person's character and career preferences. Our intention is that a candidate becomes more than just an applicant, enabling us to make placements with confidence and personal recommendation.
Anglo Technical Recruitment has a proven track record in fulfilling this high ideal. A feat which it has succeeded in doing year after year to the present day.
Our ability to fill positions with the right people stems not only from a dedication to our clients' needs but also from our in-depth knowledge of the Construction and Engineering Industries.
In 1987 we expanded and became one of the pioneering Companies moving into our own new building in the London Docklands Enterprise Zone. We recruited staff whose expertise has been gained through working in the industry, an expertise further enhanced by our Company's structure. Specialist divisions each provide targeted emphasis upon a particular sector of the industry, whether it be Civil or Structural Engineering, Building Services, Chemical and Process Engineering or Power Generation.
Anglo won first prize in the Docklands Design Award in 1987 and we were runner up in the Docklands Enterprise Award in 1988, expanding to a team of 18 strong by 1989. Frank St Clair then joined Anglo as Operation's Director in 1993.
Our recent achievements have been:
- In 1996 we formed Anglo Technical Services to provide Engineering Consultants for the Power Generation Industry overseas, spreading our interests throughout Europe, to the Middle East, Far East, Africa and South America .
- We were awarded the Authorised Contract Agency for the Institution of Chemical Engineers in 1998.
- In 1998 we branched into Information Technology and formed Anglo IT a recruitment agency with the same vision for the IT Industries.
Throughout the industry and around the world the name of Anglo has come to signify an expertise within the fields of Building, Building Services, Chemical, Civil, Environmental, Highways, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Power, Structures, Transportation and Water.
Our ultimate goal remains simple. To be a premier personnel consultancy in our chosen fields of operation.
